Acceptance and Payment

All applications undergo a selection process, and acceptance is not automatic.

The committee will review all applications after each closing date. This selection process ensures the best mix of stalls at the event, offering our visitors a wide range of products.

Further Information

The Hororata Highland Games sees 9,000 – 10,000 visitors each year; this is New Zealand’s biggest Scottish festival. Stallholders will also be offered exclusive advertising opportunities with the Hororata Highland Games media partners at discounted rates. Stallholders are promoted on our website and social media channels before the event. Click here for more statistics on our visitors.
