*The weather and wind may affect when the Night Glow happens and the length of the performance. 5.00pm is the earliest time the Night Glow could happen. The Night Glow performance duration will be weather dependent.  The balloons will not leave the ground at any point during the performance. The event could be postponed to Sunday the 14th May, this decision will be made by 8pm Friday 12th May.
