Please read the stallholder information before completing this form.  Please ensure you complete the form in full and give a good description of what you are selling, what you put in the description will be used in pre-event promotions.

Stall Details

* This is the only information we have when selecting stalls so make sure you sell yourself! This will also be used in the online programme to describe stalls to the public.

This is not required but if you are a new stallholder if helps the committee when selecting stalls

Do you require power? *
Power is an extra $40.00 per site, you cannot bring your own generator

*We prefer not to supply 3-phased power, however if you do require a 3-phase plug please let us know below. Please also indicate how many AMPS you draw if you know. You cannot bring your own generator as this can add noise to the event.

Is your stall deep rather than wide?

*Do you operate from the short side of the stall, this often applies to food or coffee vendors therefore require a 4.5m deep by 3m wide (for example)

Would you like to purchase Scottish Flag bunting to decorate your stall?
This is $10 for 5m of Scottish Flag bunting.

Each stall holder will be issued with 2 tickets (unless a volunteer/community stall who receive 6 tickets). Additional tickets are $18.00 each. Children under 16 years are free.

Food Control Declaration *

Stallholders selling baking, preserves, any perishable products or food vendors By ticking this box you confirm you have a current Food Control Plan Registration or Health Certificate of Registration. If accepted for the event you will need to provide a copy of this plan before your booking is confirmed. See Stall Information for details.
