  2. The prize is as follows: One of 50 adult double passes to the Hororata Highland Games 11th November 2023.
  3. Multiple entries from the same person are accepted but must be accompanied by different proof of purchase, i.e. 1 entry per transaction.
  4. Prizes not transferable for cash
  5. Entry validity is based on your correct and complete consumer details being entered onto online entry form
  6. Products must be purchased from selected 4 Square and New Worlds between 2/10/23 and midnight 29/10/23
  7. Winners will be drawn Monday 30th October, 11am
  8. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter
  9. Winning consumers will be sent their tickets via email on Monday 30th October
  10. The promoter is: Hororata Community Trust(HCT) whose registered office is at Duncan Cotterill Plaza 148 Victoria Street Christchurch New Zealand.
  11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
