This year we will be selling ‘Let’s Glow Crazy’ tee shirts as a fundraiser for the Hororata Community Trust at the Hororata Glow Festival. These tee shirts are super cool and will glow when charged by light.

The Hororata Community Trust would like to offer volunteers who are joining the Clan for the Glow a discounted price on these tee shirts. As a volunteer you are able to buy a tee shirt for $25 each, discounted from $40.

If you would like to buy a tee shirt for your family members you can, for the discounted price of $35 each.

Fill in the form below to order your tee shirt. You can pick it up from Thursday the 11th of May at the Hororata Domain or from the sign in area on the day.

Orders must be in by Friday the 5th May 2023.

We will send you an invoice for payment once this form is processed. Your payment needs to be received before Tuesday 9th of May.

Please Note

If the weather is not favorable on the 13th of May the event will be postponed to Sunday 14th of May. This could be because of wind or other weather. If the event is postponed it will run regardless of the weather on the 14th May.

A decision on postponement will be made by 8 pm Friday 12th May. If the event is postponed tickets will automatically be transferred to the 14th of May, however, there will be no refunds if the event is postponed and the ticket holder cannot attend.
