The Glenroy Hall has hosted dances, parties, meetings, church services, funerals, shared meals, and all manner of functions over the past 100 years. All residents and former residents of Glenroy are warmly invited to the Glenroy Hall Centenary celebration, to be held on Saturday 19th of September. Join us to relive the best memories of a century of history and create new memories for the future!

2:30 Traditional games, followed by local talent performances and a summary of the hall history

7:00 Barn dance with Theo and G – a live 3-piece band and caller

History/Memorabilia

We welcome items for display (please let us know in advance so we can plan space). We would love copies of any photographs or videos which can be added to our slideshow and the hall’s historic records – contact Rachel 02108436792 to organise this.

You are welcome to wear 1920s dress or any other historical clothing. Bring your vintage vehicles – a paddock can be made available across the road if you wish to bring a horse!

Be aware that there are limited food re-heating facilities in the kitchen.
