Time to dust off your tartan and put on your dancing shoes! The Darfield Ceilidh will be a blast on Saturday 7th, September at the Darfield Rec Centre.
What is a CEILIDH? (Kay-lee) The word Ceilidh descended from the gaelic word for “gathering’ or “party” and that is exactly what will be happening on the evening of 7 September at Darfield Recreation Centre. Organised by a group of school parents, this will be a fun-filled night of wild dancing, good music and lots of laughs.
Be entertained by the Incredible Ceilidh Band! The ticket includes supper with lots of Scottish fare and a complimentary drink on arrival. Whisky Galore will ensure Scotland’s national drink is enjoyed throughout the evening. A cash bar will operate throughout the evening.
All funds raised from this event will go towards a new school vehicle.
