Tucked inside the Hororātā Hall is Carol’s Closet Op Shop, open Tuesday to Thursday from 11am–2pm.

Recently revamped and looking fabulous, this little op shop has been serving the community for six years and is packed with amazing pre-loved clothing and accessories just waiting for their next outing.

Run by a wonderful team of volunteers, Carol’s Closet proves that great style doesn’t have to cost the earth. Every purchase is a win — good for the environment, good for your wardrobe, and good for the soul.

Even better, every dollar raised goes straight back into the community through the Hororātā Parish, supporting their pastoral care work and helping look after people when they need it most.

So grab a friend, pop into the Hall, and enjoy a browse. You might find a bargain, a vintage gem, or the perfect accessory you didn’t know you needed.
